TUSNUA Lawn and Landscape.
Locked into a pricey processor by their field software, or so they thought. Black Mesa integrated dual pricing directly with Service Autopilot, cutting card fees to near zero without changing the software they run every day.

The challenge and the solution
The challenge
TUSNUA Lawn and Landscape runs its Oklahoma City operation on Service Autopilot, the field-service software the whole business depends on. The catch: they were paying about 3.4% on card payments.
They assumed they were stuck. Using anyone else, they thought, would mean giving up the software their crews and office rely on every day.
The solution
We implemented Open Payments Connect, which syncs directly with Service Autopilot, so invoices and payments run through Black Mesa on a Dual Pricing program: no cost to accept cards, and only a minimal cost to capture ACH.
No new platform to learn, nothing ripped out. Our team manages the entire switch end to end, on a timeline of under five business days.
About $2,720 a month, roughly $32,640 a year, in card fees is now offset to near zero, inside the exact same workflow their office already uses. Same software, same day to day, without the processing bill.

In the client’s words
We didn't think we could use anyone else for card processing with Service Autopilot, and were stuck paying thousands every month. Definitely thankful for the Black Mesa team letting me know there was a different way. It was very easy to implement and use from day 1.
