Working capital decides what a business does next: a second location, a bigger inventory buy, a service truck, payroll through a slow quarter. Black Mesa Payments is an Oklahoma merchant services company, not a lender. Business financing is a door we can open, and this page is honest about how narrow that door is.

What this service actually is

We make introductions. When a business tells us it needs capital, we take what we know about how that business gets paid and introduce the owner to financing options through our partner network. The partner reviews the file, the partner sets the terms, and the partner decides. We do not fund, we do not price, and we do not promise an outcome. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit.

That is a narrower offer than most financing pages make. It is also the accurate one.

What owners actually come to us about

  • Payroll or rent through a slow quarter
  • An inventory buy that has to happen before the season does
  • Equipment, including point of sale and back of house
  • A build out, a second location or another bay

Those are reasons, not products. Whether any financing is available to you, in what form, at what cost and on what terms, is decided case by case by the partner who reviews your business. No web page can tell you that, and anyone who does is guessing.

Why your processing history is the useful part

Card volume is one of the clearest records a small business has. It is dated, it is verifiable, and it shows seasonality and growth in a way a year-old tax return does not. If you already process with us that record exists, and with your say-so we can share it when we make an introduction. If you do not process with us, a few recent statements tell us most of what we need before we spend your time.

It is the same paperwork either way. Our free statement review, the one that shows what you are overpaying in processing fees, reads the same documents, which is why the two conversations tend to happen together. Sometimes the useful answer is the fee you stop paying rather than the money you borrow. Start with the savings review if you are not sure which one you need.

What we will not do

  • Quote you a rate, an amount or a payback term. Those come from a partner, after review.
  • Tell you your odds before anyone has looked at your business.
  • Promise you how fast money arrives.
  • Send your information anywhere without your permission. There is no obligation at any stage, and you can end the conversation whenever you want.

A rep who knows your account, wherever you are

We are headquartered in Tulsa with a presence in Grove, and our reps live and work in the markets they cover. Our inside sales team works with businesses nationwide, so where you are does not rule you out. Either way you deal with a rep who knows your account instead of a phone tree.

Tell us what you need the capital for and we will give you a straight answer on whether an introduction is worth making.
