An invoice with a pay button gets paid sooner than an invoice with a mailing address. Ours go out by email with a secure link, your customer pays by card or bank transfer, and the payment lands in your account on the same-day or next-day funding schedule every account gets.
Inside QuickBooks Online
If you bill out of QuickBooks Online, Hyfin replaces the processing layer built into it. QuickBooks charges 2.99% on invoices, 3.50% on keyed transactions and 1% on ACH; Hyfin lowers that by around half a percent up to removing the fees entirely with dual pricing. The sync runs both ways, so a paid invoice posts back and closes itself instead of waiting on manual reconciliation. The two-way sync supports QuickBooks Online only.
Card or ACH, customer's choice
Every invoice can offer both. ACH is the lower-cost way to collect large tickets and recurring retainers, and it is the option we help B2B and professional-services clients move volume onto.
Who it fits
Contractors billing the balance after a job, B2B suppliers on terms, law firms and agencies on retainers, and anyone reconciling payments by hand at month end.
